UA Community Affairs Visits Millport

May 7, we hosted more than 35 undergraduate students and faculty from the University of Alabama's Community Affairs for the second time! A panel of local businesses owners, including representatives from DCH - Millport Clinic, Elevation Real Estate Group, South Lamar School. and Tenn Tom Fencing answered inquiries about owning and operating a business in rural Alabama, health care options, education opportunities, housing availability, and other challenges and successes that we have faced and overcome.

Dr. Pruitt asked, "Where do we see ourselves in the future?"
